We will be gathering at Wai Ola Springs—a beautiful lush 10-acre farm located in Opihikao on the beautiful historic Kamaili road on Big Island. After we move through our Intuitive Yin Yoga with hands on touch, Heart-Womb Breathwork, and Quantum Sound Journey we will soak in mineral rich volcanic hot springs water with roses petals. The fresh hot spring water comes out of the ground at temperatures around 110° to 115°. With over 400 known minerals, you will leave with glowing skin, relaxed muscles and an enlivened spirit.
