In this 3 hour Womb-Hara Breathwork ceremony you will be taught the Sacred Breath Method (a Trauma informed & Yin approach to Breathwork) and guided through a sacred ceremonial space to clear and activate the Womb-Hara space followed by an integration circle. We are graciously joined by Kamalei Ah-Chong who will be providing his own unique sound alchemy to guide us through our journey.

The Breathwork portion asks of you to circularly breathe (without pause) for approximately an hour. With ample oxygenation of the body we are supported in accessing alternate states of consciousness while facilitating deep somatic healing. This form of breathwork can be likend to a plant medicine ceremony utilizing your breath as the mechanism of action whilst supporting deep physical, emotional, & spiritual shifts.

Awakening the Womb and healing deep seated traumas that lie here is a vital journey for the embodied Womban. Her ability to stay present within her body and access the primordial wisdom that lies here is what our ancestors knew to be the key to the continuation of harmony upon this earth. As she descends her energy down into the depths of her womb, clearing the wounds of past, she is able to awaken a new frequency here as her Shakti stirs and births new paradigms upon this earth and within her life.

For a man to die and be reborn to himself, just as a woman, is to descend deeply into the void, deeply into his body, and excavate all shadows to integrate back into the core of one's being. This journey must include the womb, the hara, if he is to alchemize and integrate his erotic shadow and wield his sexual energy as the healing force that it is. If he is to clear any birthing trauma imprints, heal his mother wound, and ultimately bring balance and harmony with his own inner feminine.  When both Men and Women can access the depths of their innate power and love, merging these forces within, we create the capacity for a different human and paradigm to be birthed upon this earth.  

This ceremony is open to couples and singles. Come as you are, bringing your full commitment and devotion to self and innocent curiosity. This ceremony is deeply experiential. It may involve intense energetic emotional release. The ceremony does not substitute for psychotherapy, but it can significantly deepen and enhance psychotherapy and other healing and personal growth efforts.

Diabetes and kidney disease are strongly advised against breathwork as it produces a condition in the body called metabolic acidosis, and any altering in breathing rate could be life threatening.

Breathwork — Sovereign Womb Alchemy LLC

This event will be held at the Penthouse Suite at the Wayfinder Hotel located in Honolulu, HI. PLEASE BE ADVISED you will need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the event space, please consider your physical capacity prior to registering. The ceremony will be held on the outside deck which is uncovered, We will only cancel in the event of heavy rain, otherwise please be prepared for variable weather and to connect with the elements. Parking instructions, and prep guidelines for the ceremony will be emailed to participants prior to ceremony.
