During this event you will learn about embodied consent and how to set boundaries, being guided through a partner exercise to practice these newfound skills and knowledge. You will then be guided through a powerful somatic emotional release embodiment practice to clear the energy of past traumas, violations, and pain that has been living within your body. Giving full permission to express and witness thus releasing in a whole new way. You then will learn about your sacred feminine body temple connecting deeper to your heart-womb connection through a guided Heart- Breast Radiance & Womb Massage and connecting your yoni and throat through an embodied energetic clearing activation.

What is the Yoni-Throat Connection & Heart-Womb Grid?

This is a sober space. We ask that you come with a clear mind and physical vessel abstaining from any substances (cannabis, mushroom, alcohol etc.) If you are unable to enter into this space having not consumed substances but feel very deeply called to this work, please contact the facilitators directly to discuss.

There will be nudity. During the Heart Breast Radiance & Womb Massage the facilitator will be partly nude (breast exposed) and other women may choose to do so as well. Your consent is fully welcomed and you are welcome to not undress for this portion. However, you must feel comfortable being in the presence of other women who may be partially to fully nude.

This experiential event is a deep dive into the somatic, emotional & energetic self. The facilitators will be present to support you and ample time for integration and support post-event will be provided, however, we do expect that you have cultivated a certain level of self-resourcing and self-regulation tools. Meaning, you have the capacity to hold and regulate yourself during emotional/energetic releases. This event is not for someone just beginning their trauma healing journey and/or someone who hasn't done any prior healing work. Please contact the facilitators if you feel called to this work however you are just beginning this journey. A series of 1:1 session’s would be more suitable.
