Especially for those of us who have experienced trauma and even more so sexual trauma, entering into the landscape of connecting with the sensual body can be a beautiful and safe way to begin to explore and open into the potentiality of our body landscape

This path includes deep healing and clearing of womb loss and womb grief brought about through abortion, miscarriage, the loss of a child, sexual assault, and/or ancestral wounds related to such.
